I am constantly surprised by how often people end up being confused at the ballot box, and the serious consequences that this leads to. In fact, Sagar has had a change of heart and is shifting his future plans entirely. This featured a debate between <a href="http://nyulocal.com/">NYU Local</a> and <a href="http://www.nyunews.com/">WSN</a>, the two main sources of inter campus news, on the roles of each journalistic medium.<br /><br />Fortunately, we were able to delve into the Take Back NYU! protest at Kimmel seeing as both sources covered the situation from start to finish.<br /><br /><a href="http://wnyu.org/file_download/7571">Earshot Feb. 19th</a><br /><br />While the discussion was fierce, it highlighted the idea that newspaper and online journalism may both serve unique and important functions. As for covering the sit-in at Kimmel, NYU Local provided more of a play-by-play and WSN took a step back to assess the situation from a few more angles. Which better served the readers?
